about TOARA

The One Accord Redeemed Assemblies (TOARA) is a member of the Assemblies of God Church that was started in Manchester, United Kingdom, in 2016. TOARA, like its parent church is a Penetecostal church and is based on the belief that people should have a strong personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ His son. The church seeks to empower people through biblical and spiritual teachings that's geared towards the development of the total man.
TOARA is a family church - from a vibrant youth ministry to a children sunday school that we are all very proud of, our aim as a congregation is to bring the word of God to our homes, businesses and the world in a way that's led by the family and its commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is our belief, and indeed the strive to ensure that the messgage of the cross does not 'die' in our generation but pass from family to family and prepares the world to live Godly according to Biblical tenets until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. As the Apostle Paul puts it in 2 Timothy 2:1-2, "You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus, and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also."
TOARA Assembly is led by Daniel Kalu. Pastor Daniel was born into a household of faith with a father who was also an AOG pastor. He has had many years of ministry and currently lives in Manchester with his Wife, Anika Kalu, 2 adult and 2 young children. It is Daniel's belief that TOARA is here to lead our generation back to Christ and work in one accord to please God. Also, to fulfil Matthew 28:19-20 mandate and to Help the poor.
Taking Jesus
as He is to people
as they are.
And as Jesus reclined at table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were reclining with Jesus and his disciples. And when the Pharisees saw this, they said to his disciples,
“Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?” But when he heard it, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick" - Matthew 9:9-12
what we believe
Man's fall
We believe in the fall of man, who was created pure and upright, but fell by voluntary transgression.
Life of Jesus
We believe in the Virgin Birth, the life, crucifixtion, resurrection, ascention and redemption of Christ through the sacrifice of His death on the cross.
New Birth
This experience is also known as the new birth, and is an instantaneous and complete operation of the Holy Spirit upon initial faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as an enduement of the believer with power for service, the essential, biblical evidence of which is the speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
Holy Living
We believe in holiness of life and conduct in obedience to the command of God.
toara children church
At TOARA Assembly, we believe that our children are the foundation of the Church. When children are brought up in line with the word of God, they will go on to do great exploits for the Kingdom of Christ and better themselves and society at large. Our Children Sunday School reflects this belief. Headed by a trained and Ofsted registered Childminder, we believe your child/ren will find an enjoyable home here where not just their spiritual needs are caterred to.
